Since article 12 references "Garbage Cartoons" and mentioned old versions of Walt Disney's style of animation, I thought It would be acceptable to use a production by Walt Disney, co-starring Goofy. I took into consideration the use of filters and not having the video be the exact same, and thought it turned out well as a 30 second film.
